At HB Family Dentistry, you become part of our family. Growing up with five siblings, Dr. Mai Nguyen and Dr. Phuong Nguyen enjoy treating patients as their extended family. As sisters and colleagues, they both attended UCI for undergraduate studies and graduated from USC School of Dentistry together in 1997. After years of working as associate dentists in Newport Beach and in Irvine, they settled in Huntington Beach. In 2015 they joined Dr. Annika Logart, a well respected dentist who served this community for over 25 years.
Coming from a family of healthcare providers, Dr. Mai Nguyen and Dr. Phuong Nguyen truly believe in a comprehensive approach. Conservative yet proactive, the doctors will perform a thorough examination and then provide an optimal treatment plan.
Their easy going and approachable manner instantly put patients at ease. Utilizing all the latest dental techniques, their goal is to provide patients with a comfortable visit.

Love Dr. Phuong Nguyen! Has always been very gentle and patient when working on my teeth. Goes slowly to make sure I’m as comfortable as I can be. Her sister, who also works in this office, is just as patient and caring. I’ve been going to them for probably close to 9 years and recently followed them to a new office. It’s hard to find a dentist who cares and understands the fear of having a drill in your mouth.
